Lifts open dates

Basically we are travelling to Bansko between the 10th and 15th of Dec, and would like to check if any lifts will be open for skiing? I read somewhere that officially the season opens on the 15th (shame!) but from what I can see in reports and cams, there's snow already.Any help?

2001/12 Official opening is dec 17th , but word on da street is dec 1st they are opening the gondola up etcWas on www.tlakbansko.com forum last week

Our landlord works for Ulen, they are contracted to start work for the winter on the 1st December... The snow cannons are running all night now, and in the day at higher levels... This morning though sunny is bloody freezing, everywhere covered in a heavy frost. Snow now forecast for next week, moderate falls with the heaviest on Sat 26th... The talk is of a good season, we have had no rain for weeks (months), ole mummy nature has a way of evening things up, and she is going to make us pay, ...

Pamporovo resort is opening on 10th December with free lift passes on that day plus discounts on full and half day passes for the following week. Special show program on the day of opening.

lol! nice one PP - have faith, the snow gods may be kind! So long as the temps are low the cannons will be busy.I'm a glass half full kind of girl! Well, actually its nearly empty so I'm off to fill it up again!
