Like tab?

How does a body use the like dislike,,,as if tab? On iPad and can't use them?

It's something new to me since I returned and cannot really see the point of it.
You can click on either to like or dislike a posting, but as far as I can make out
it is not possible to see who has liked or disliked you post. I have liked your post
on this so see if you can tell that it was me ??

Yeah I get what they are for Pete, no I can't see who likes,dislikes,,, just wondering why I can't use them on iPad,,,, I think they are a good thing to be able to like a post,,,, if I could use them ha
