Has anyone staye din the Lion Hotel in Borovets? If so whats it like, as I am staying there on the 28thre: Lion Hotel - borovets
Went there a few days ago, if its the one next to Zodiac then it very nice but quite far from the slopes and Gondala. You will need to get the ski bus which is a pain but I was even further away!Del

Is it one ski bus for all the hotels? Or does each ski bus have its own? Also how often do they run and for how late in the evening? as we plan on having some drink fuelled late ones

No the next to the Zodiak is the Chamkoria, the Lion is much nearerton the centre.Sune

I stayed there last week, and found the hotel really nice, The bus to the town runs about every 20 mins and was fine, But there was nearly always a taxi waiting too, it cost us 10 lev each way, which is not too bad, especially if you share the taxi with others! Have fun!

Yes, Del and I stayed in Chamkoria. Which is about as far away as you can get! Then it's Zodiac, then the Lion is thenext one along.THe Lion looks reall nice, we went in and had a look around. Much better than the Chamkoria - worst hotel i've ever stayed in!!!
