Returned from Boro 5 weeks ago where we stayed in the samokov for the second year running, we have just booked for next year in The Lion Hotel. We would welcome comments, good and bad please.re: Lion Hotel
hi there we have stayed in the lion hotel the last 2 years,and it is beautiful,clean,and the food is lovley to but verry verry hot so just take t-shirts for the hotel if you plan on staying in the lounge for the eavning

Hi, we stayed at the Lion in January. The hotel was fantastic. Very modern, lovely bar area and spotlessly clean. It is a little out of the main village but there is a regular shuttle bus or the walk is about 15 minues. In my opinion the Lion is the best hotel in Borovets. But I have to agree with snow flake, the hotel is extremely hot. We had to ask at reception for the heating turning off in our room but it was still a bit uncomfortable and we had to sleep with the window open. I'm sure ...
