Hi all
In boro as we speak - having a FANTASTIC time. We have been so lucky booking this week as snow is amazing. Snowed all day and night yesterday and still snowing now (6pm) so got a safe 10cms of fresh snow over night making the runs really good. All lifts working so runs arent that busy. Lots of snow planned over ther nxt 48hrs so those coming on saturday should have a good few days of skiing.
Beginners class is V V good.We've got George from Samokov ski school - taught us all V quickly (group of 12..but a few haev dropped out as didnt take to it and decided to do their own thing) so we have a group of 7 now so lots of tutition time! We've done a huge green run today (6km i think!) and we are doing a blue tomorrow.
Samokov hotel is spot on - dont listed to any dodgy reports. Its a 1hr journey from Sofia. Food is great =- hpt buffet for tea and hot fry up for breakfast. All food is V nice and V hot. Rooms pretty big and cleaned every day. Night lifer good - only been to a couple of bars, but always feel welcomed and they remember u in the morning.
bum boarding is good laugh and only about 5 pounds for almost 2hrs. Doing skidoo'ng tomorrow and sleigh ride friday so should be good.
sorry guys, not staying on line so cant answer any questions (come on, I am on holiday!) all those coming over the nxt couple of weeks, you will have a great time. Im already looking into Skiing 2008 (or maybe boarding!)
