Arrive tomorrow with my daughter glad to hear the snow has arrived.. Went to Pamporovo last year they had a good system whereas you leave your equipment at the ski station saving on hauling it all back to the hotel, does anyone know if it is the same in Borovets or is it lump your skis around with you ? staying at the Samokov

Samokov hotel is directly opposite the gondola and there is a ski depot in the basement of the hotel where you can leave your skis overnight - (we leave our kit between visits and it has always been ok - although we do give Nicky in the depot a few lev for looking after it)
The depot is manic on a Sunday morning so best to get down there by 9.00-9.30 before all the ski school guys get in there. The gondola opens at 8.45 and gets busy around 10.00-10.45 so if you can avoid it between these ...
