Long Range Snow Forecast

I am supposed to be travelling out to Boro tomorrow but have the option to come out at the end of JAN. My friend was out on Dec 24th and wasn’t impressed.

Does anybody know what snow is due in the next few weeks/months. I imagine its hard to predict.

I would be slightly gutted if I paid the £50 to change the flights and the situation was no better.

In terms of what it's like now, see my last post under Boro- snowing. In terms of what is expected, others on here are better than me on predicting weather - I can only just say on a day-by-day basis what it's actually like here. I would imagine though that even if it is ok this week (still snowing up mountain now) that end Jan might be better.

For what its worth the forecast looks like it is warming up with no snow! My friends cancelled last week in Boro saying one of the family had swine flu – The insurance companies cough up straight away as long as you have the note which you can get over the phone with swine flu – Might save you £50?

If you decide to go I hope the forecast is wrong and you get a big dump!
