Looking after my ski boots

Hi, does anyone have some advice on how to store & look after ski boots. Our family recently bought our own, came back from Borovets last night & I need to dry them & store them ready for our next trip, probably next year.

Thanks

Pull the inner liner pulled out of the hard plastic boot shells and allow both to completely dry out.

When they are dry, push the liner back into the shell. Make sure that the tongue is fully inside the boot, not jammed between the liner and shell. Buckle the boot loosely and store it in a dry place prefferably in a boot bag (don't put your boots in plastic bags).

thanks very much, I was a bit reluctant to pull the liner out, but I'll do that. Do i need to put any newspaper or something like that in them, or should i let the air circulate thru them.

No, don't stuff them with paper as this is likely to absorb moisture from the air and makes the liners damp allowing mould to form. Just put them in a boot bag or, cover them with a cloth to keep dust out.
