They are a nightmare there mate. Would not release the boots we left there without seeing a passport (understandable) but when we got there nobody had a clue where the boots were and the lost property dept. was locked and unattended. Took almost an hour to get them back.

* A claim is to be registered for a damaged or missing passenger baggage;
* Tracing of missing baggages. Tracing is carried out for the first 5 days after the day of arrival of the passenger.
* The file is then handed over to the corresponding airline. The airline will further proceed with reimbursing the passenger.
