Has anyone got an email address for lost property at Sofia airport? I have sent an email to the public one twice now and not had a reply.Or if anyone has a spare minute on their way through the airport can they stop and see if they have got an email address!!
I have tried to contact them via the phone but they dont speak English

They are a nightmare there mate. Would not release the boots we left there without seeing a passport (understandable) but when we got there nobody had a clue where the boots were and the lost property dept. was locked and unattended. Took almost an hour to get them back.

The “Lost & Found” office extends its services for all cases when:
* A claim is to be registered for a damaged or missing passenger baggage;
* Tracing of missing baggages. Tracing is carried out for the first 5 days after the day of arrival of the passenger.
* The file is then handed over to the corresponding airline. The airline will further proceed with reimbursing the passenger.

I have already contacted Bulgaria air but they have not replied either. I have got to have something in writing.Can't find a Email address for the police either
