Lots of Snow in Boro

Morning All!

We've had a few bits of snow already but nothing much to write about! Today however is different! Very white here in Samokov, with about 5cm falling through the night and around 20cm in Borovets itself and still snowing hard! I know this doesn't help give any guarantees for the season and we're still about 2 months away, but I thought it would give you all a 'warm' (or cold!) feeling!

Looking forward to keeping you all updated throughout the season!

Any snow in Bansko? Or is it more perma frost there on the north side of the mountain.

all very nice but counts for nothing if the christmas new year temps soar to 15 degrees like last year... also hoping this snow can settle up top of gondola this year instead of blowing off the mountain....
have they finished the new snow cannons yet on the nursery slopes??????

I was looking at the webcam this morning and it looks lovely Im out in Borovets on the 5th Feb and can't wait, its my 5th time back there. So i hope to meet up with you when you do your night out

We know it counts for nothing, especially after last year and having to update people everyday on the mud / grass every day.....Snow cannons not finished well yet, but they are still working on them.

Tracey - will be great to meet up for a Rakia or two!

SP......Isn't 6 shots and lots of sth else more like hell than heaven!!??

Sunny today and was supposed to be 15 / 16degrees, however it's 2 outside....!! The snow is all melting away but it was great to see it and it looked great in Borovets when we went up earlier.

Can't wait to see you guys next year....was one of the best weeks of the season, although I partied much too much....your fault obviously!
