Hi everyone

This is a warning for anyone staying at Malina or Yagoda villages. This is from my personal experience this week and I'm still in the resort.

On arrival saturday night - no water at all hot or cold
Sunday morning - a dribble
Sunday evening - low water pressure but able to have a shower
Monday - nothing - got in from skiing no water at all

We complained to the rep Pavel who was excellent and we got moved to the Zodiac hotel which is the best hotel I've seen in Bulgaria - very modern, warm, good food, out of the centre but they have a free ski bus

This wasn't just an isolated incident as we heard many other people complaining but I must stress that it wasn't all the chalets - some people were quite happy and had hot and cold water

On a brigher note there is loads of snow and I haven't seen a cloud yet. Its very sunny with excellent skiing condition and because the temp is staying below freezing the snow isn't going anywhere
