HiDoes anyone in Bansko have any reviews on the Iberis Management team.
Own an apartment at lower end of town. The above are requesting money for maintenance eventhough the spa centre, lobby and bar have not been completed.
I and other owners would be very glad for any info.

Cannot comment on them - but for my place when it was completed I paid for x days up to 31st Dec07 and also the whole of 2008 at the same time. This was paid at the same time as the final instalment.re: Maintenance
They tend to do this - our Developers asked us to pay maintenance but the building was not finished so as yet we haven't paid. Trying to get our Solicitor to let us know what stage we are at as we will have to start paying very soon. I would get your Solicitor to look into it for you.re: Maintenance
Builder has now come back and said that he sold Spa Centre and Bar at reduced price as the purchaser wanted it left unfinished. Purchaser is now stating that he cannot complete until we pay maintenance as he needs to get tax from maintenance company to finish tiling and fittings. Builder says that this is not to happen as maintenance money is for the upkeep of the building. Purchaser of Spa is telling us that we are obligated by Bulgarian law to pay for maintenance.
