Good Afternoon,

I purchased an apartment in the Maria Antoaneta residence, but since I paid my last payment I cannot contact them to see if your apartments are currently being rented out.

Is anyone else having similar issues or offer advice on who to contact to find this information out?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

If you are referring to Maria Antoaneta Residence here in Bansko, then unlikely its being rented as its very quiet..
My suggestion would be to arrange a visit to inspect your investment, check all has been done as was offered, and determine what management exists (if any) or arrange new management. Im assuming you employed the services of an independant lawyer to finalise the sale and oversee any snags, perhaps he/she could assist ?

Have you visited the complex? Met the management etc???

Maybe try Talk Bansko forum and put a tpoic under their property info topic. You may get more answers from people who own there. I know where the complex is but must say have not been up that area for a long time and have not dropped any visitors or tourists there for a long time. If I am passing I will have a look see if the complex is actually up and running.
