Markony Hotel

Any one got any stories about the markony, I have booked for this January, stayed at the perelik last year - thought a change might be good.

I thought we might be able to ski out and maybe ski in (via the nursery slope)
Hope someone can tell me what it is like i.e. sauna food etc.

thanks Melton Mowbray Pete

re: Markony Hotel

The only reason I dont stay at the Markony is the location for the evening.

Otherwise its fantastic. 8 apartments all well furnished and the location for skiing coukld not be bettered. Dani, Bezzer, and the gang will look after you brilliantly.

If you are not too bothered about the night life, then your choice is perfect.

re: Markony Hotel

Could not agree more-have stayed there last 3 years, and am staying again week 22 Jan. The place absolutely buzzes during the day, but is just soooo lovely and quite at night. A few locals come in the eevenings but thats about it. A short taxi ride to the nighlife, but a guaranteed nights sleep on your return....plus no waiting for a bus in the morning to the ski-slopes.

When are you staying?

re: Markony Hotel

we are there the week before you on the 15th, I must email the snow shack to see if Ted will be about, as last year I took him a pork pie, I am not going in for all that cream eggs, jelly etc. like last year.

But a fantastic pork pie he cannot refuse, and I am hoping to get my daughter another boarding lesson cheap. wink wink.
