Hi Amanda,
We are flying into Sofia on 29th Dec.(1 week today) and think we r landing at 17:00 ish.
We will fill an old suit case with various items of clothing and toiletries etc. as much as we can get in/afford.
Do you mind if the clothes are second hand, we r going to dig out and wash our old items that r in good condition if you would like them.
The main point of the email is will there be anyone we can pass them to or anywhere to leave the items.
Keep up the good work.

Hi Petedon't know who you're flying with, but we fly today with Thomsonfly, I contacted them on Wednesday and asked if they would allow us some excess baggage and waive the charge as we are bringing out clothes for the orphanage. Thomsonfly were really good and have given us 10kg, so it might be worth your while contacting your airline to see if they will do something similar, I know that Balkan also do something similar.

I have contacted Monarch today to ask for extra baggage allowance.I am not going skiing this year
but my daughter and five friends are. I will send as much as I can with them.Karen

A while ago the whole thread on the orphanage was deleted. I apologise as this was entirely my fault as I did not adhere to the terms of this forum. I feel really bad as I would not want to jeopordise this worthy cause.I therefore ask you when posting, please do not mention other forum names or any property companies, etc.
