Thanks for the visa info, thats very useful to know. We already have an excellent lawyer based in Sofia, who we will meet up with tomorrow and discuss your comments.

We're flying out tonight but are staying in Bansko at one of our apartments, so it'll be a bit difficult to meet up I'm afraid - maybe next time? Although we live in Dubai at the moment, we're planning on leaving here early next year, going back to UK to sort our house out etc. then semi-moving to BG.
