Lakota, on your question of pillows at the Ela. To be honest we didn't have any problems with the pillows and I'm a very light sleeper.

Hope you have a fab time Very Happy

Hi Laura
Ta for your comment on the pillows at the Ela. Do you have any sensible advice for a female non-Spring Chicken wanting to try & learn to stay upright on 2 planks of whatever. I've had various suggestions including: stop whingeing & get on with it; just bin it down the mountain; get drunk & go for it - they're just some of the politer suggestions Smile Actually, after reading all the 'let's meet up & pub crawl' messages from the males to each other I'm wondering if they've got the ...

You will be fine. I had never skied before and was terrified on the first day but the instructors are quite simply fantastic. I couldn't say a bad word about him. Including the fact that he rescued one of the girls in our party when she had a panic attack. Poor girl was afraid of heights so going on the red run at the end of the week was probably not the best idea she had had!

Hi Laura
Thanks for your last posting. Have read some good reports from people on here about the ski instructors in Borovets but I haven't booked any lessons. I really don't fancy committing myself to a week of lessons as we're going with friends. I'm hoping to have some private lessons if they're not too expensive, & if they are, then hopefully I could find some sort of beginner starter session. I don't want to even think about having a panic attack Very Happy
