Not much to update as yet. They've still not given us a decision on what's going on. Apparently if a contract is already in place they have to honour it. It seems to me like they are trying to scare me in to cancelling since if there was no contract in place they would just tell me I don't have the holiday. At the same time, they can't cancel because then they would be admitting that there is a contract in place. My missus is still in discussion with them and has written a long ...

We think it may come down to the potential future loss of earnings for Balkan (after we rubbish them to everyone we know) vs the cost to honour the holiday and just let us go. To be honest, with the amount of profit they probably make in a year, they should just let us go (but that would be me being biased
). It'd make no difference to the tool who is in charge at the other end since by not letting us go he stands to gain nothing. Only the people at the top do! Anyway, I'll post more when I know more..........
