Hi Pete can I not advertise a ski trip for people on their own who want to go skiing with a group of people. I did not mention the house at all.what i am trying to do is get a group of people to keep the costs down for me too. as i will be staying at the house and skiing and organising trips if people want at no charge.

This is not a money making venture it is simply trying to find people who want to ski in late feb early march who have no one else to go with to make up numbers yes there is a charge for staying at my house to cover electricity and fire wood wear and tear at £75.00 each for a week per person. I am organizing the rest of the trip like hire cars transfers flights etc at no profit to me at all just the fact that if I can get 6 people we can get either a 4x4 or a mini van and ...

If i was making a commercial venture out of this i would need to advertise every week to make it worth while. but it is purely to allow me to go skiing with some other people and have some fun on the slopes.
I live in the UK not in Bulgaria

Mark J - I may appear to be a rotten ole swine but that's not my intention. The rules on here are few, but one is that property selling, letting, hiring and such are prohibited. You fall into a grey area, but you are still using this board to encourage people to stay at your property and that's why I deleted it.Not wishing to upset you - but please leave it at that.
