You've only ever posted on this thread and never on Beachbulgaria, as far as I can see, so what are you doing here?

Daniel, I think you have got the message, and my ID is what you might call a 'nom de guerre'.

Not too long ago Beachbulgaria was the best there was on the internet for advice on the Black Sea resorts, and now it's drivel. Even at this busy time of year.

Nice to see that some drivel people with Good morning and good night etc have been smacked on the hand for posting useless nothing.
Go on ask normal question about skiing or BG and you will get and answer somewhere down on every 20th reply.you simply have to stroll down quickly not reading the useless ones and the ones with .
Simple.
When somebody attacks on here with no reason the rubbish will come out quickly and the end will be not 'bulgaria ski' but 'bullsite'

I tought that people need to know about the other side of the coin called Bulgaria and not to make expensive mistakes because they have been taken for a ride by a clique on this and BeachBG site.

the funny thing is Mikey, the vast majority of people come on here because they are going on holiday to Bulgaria, (likewise the sunny side) and to be perfectly honest they dont really care about anything else than enjoying the benefits of their hard earned for a week or two weeks. And it would seem they keep going back year after year. Now as to what you are 'educating' people to, im not sure, but i dont think your one man crusade is going to stop the increasing numbers going every year, still keeps you off the streets i suppose, oh and just for you..

Depends how you define disrupt. The originator of this thread (which has rather backfire on her), has the ambition to clock up 5000 posts on the beach side in the next week or so. As someone has posted -

"I'm sure you'll make 5000 easily. Just think 5000 posts of mainly mindless drivel, and in so short a time. Since January this year to now, 3526 posts alone.

It is this sort of stupidity that has driven many of the regular and well informed members away, pages and pages of utter drivel clogs up the forum, day after day.

As for Mikey, he's not wrong, and all on its own the tourist trade from the UK is in free fall, hence all the cancelled, altered and diverted flights. Golden Sands is mainly a German and Scandinavian resort now, and it will get worse as prices rise.

you dont give up and won't give up because you are tight up with rubbish and **** in Boro BUT the vast majority as you wrongly say are not going to BG.They are going elsewhere not Bulgaria .
Only the most desperate ones and the ones which can't afford anything else will travel there.
Funny but it is not the case anymore of having enough money just to go to BG for skiing.
Recently-especially the last 2 seasons I have noticed that you and the rest of the LOVELY CLIQUE are all having uphill battle trying to cover up that actually BG is not cheap anymore.BG IS IN SOME CASES MORE EXPENSIVE THAT THE ALPS.

-this is as you know but dont want to admit it, above the average for quite alot of places in the Alps these days.
Let's not mention the amount of ski runs per euro ratio ,
the amount of queues -BIG FAT AND LONG ONES
the amount of closures-almost all the time not all of the lifts and runs opened.
the amount of problems-bars druging,beatings,loud music etc.
So here are some of the negatives your beloved Borovets where you are stuck for the moment is having.
If we have to mention them I dont think anybody knowing clearly what is going to have will want to book a trip to BG.

Ah-h
and the amount of snow -top to bottom
and the actual days of skiing during a season.

One thing for you matey:
keep on banging about Borovets!
And DONT FORGET THE adverts now and then just to make sure some novice will catch the bait.Good one

oh mikey you should be a politician, dont bother with the truth, just read into something what YOU want to!, firstly, and i know this bugs you, a lot of people who go to Borovets/Bansko/Pamporovo can actually afford to go elsewhere, i wouldnt be so dimissive if i was you, plenty of wealthy people come to Borovets!, but for some reason, which you cant fathom, they actually LIKE the place, they like the people and they have a godd time, sorry, but youre out of touch.
The vast majority of people do not sit down with a calculator and work out the cost per km per lift per queue blah blah blah, they want a holiday where they are going to have a good time.
Now even you cant deny that every year more and more tourists are heading to the ski resorts, the numbers are up each year, and bad news mikey, and this is the first bit of 'advertising' ive done as you so politely put it, the bookings for next season are the BEST weve ever had, and that is FACT (you do like facts dont you?)
When was the last time you went to Borovets MIkey??? be honest let us know how in depth your knowledge is! i havent been there for oh.......three weeks i should think, the base work and infrastructure for the drainage/sewage/water etc is all done at the base station, the new four man on the top is nearly ready, and the new snow cannon pipe work is about finished, looks like progress to me!...... and in common with a lot of "English' yes i do like a or two, but then i find that i can satisfy that need just about everywhere in the world,,,,,funny that (ok not saudi but then i dont want to go there marky!! )
Mikey value for money covers a lot of things you know (well maybe you dont) friends , good atmosphere, safety (despite what you say i find Bulgaria to be very safe) cheap food and drink (ducks below the parapet) and SNOW because despite what you say (gosh again) the cover has been good over the last few years, certainly compared to any other reorts of similar height, (as i know when some of my friends went to the 'Milky Way' last year and had to leave early due to poor coverage)
So why not live and let live Mikey, let those that want to go to BUlgaria go and have a good time, and then you can find another crusade!!
