Mini sim for iPad

Morning all.

Taking my iPad to Pamps but don't want to pay silly vodaphone prices for the Internet. Can I buy a mini sim in Pamporovo or Smolyan? if so whereabouts

You could try the vivacom shop in Smolyan - between the pedestrian area and Billa. I dont know about the sims etc, but they are really helpful and one guy speaks good english...

Doesn't the Ipad take a normal sized sim card? I don't know what a mini sim is.
I think (if a normal sized sim is what you want) then something like this would do http://www.vivacom.bg/en/residential/prices_and_services/mobile_services/mobile_prepaid/get_m_x_

re: Mini sim for iPad

Thanks Phil, weve got wifi at Pamporovo village but I have to leave the warmth of my chalet and walk to the restaurant until the booster is fitted and I'm far to lazy for that.

Snow white, it is a mini sim for the iPad2 I'm afraid. I could tether it to my iPhone but that would cost a bomb.

I'll try the shop in Smolyan and if it's a no I'll have a walk to our restaurant, but that will just lead to Booze

Very Happy

You could tether it to your iphone with a local rate sim in your Iphone? bit of a pain to chop and change but an idea?

Have you got an airport express nooky? Genius piece of kit to turn you hard wired connection into a wireless zone too!
