Mobile Phone Charges

Does anyone know if the mobile charges in bulgaria have come down to the same level as most of europe, and what those charges are approximately. cheers

New european charges are 38p to make call and 19p to receive

Be careful and make sure that your mobile company has Bulgaria in their EU list and contend it if they don't!

Having just come back I can confirm the above, rates have come down and you receive a text confirming this when you first log on to the network
