Are local SIM Cards readily available to purchase to use with your mobiles, if so were's the best place to get them?

Otherwise get an MTel one. They cost 10 leva including 15 leva worth of time or that was the case this summer when I bought mine in Dobrich.

just make sure your phone is unlocked so that it will take a foreign sim card.
