Mobile Phone trading

In Pamporovo does anybody know wether some ski instructors are still trading skiing/ snowboarding kit for mobile phones? Also does anybody know when the White Hart is reopening if at all?

whitehart reopens in a new position in 4 weeks,opposite old white hart which is now an apres ski bar
