Mobile SIM card

Does anybody know if you can get prepaid Bulgarian mobile SIM cards so you can make cheap local calls instead of expensive international roaming calls?

We bought sim caards when in Sunny Beach last year, cost about £6 but that included 10 levs worth of calls. Used them for 2 weeks and still had credit left.
