Moderators - can you help/

Hi Moderators.

It would appear from posts written to me that I have not followed the rules of the forum? I'm more than happy to avoid but not sure what it is I have done wrong as lots of other people are doing the same thing ..? Where can I find the rules please so as not to mess up again!
