We did same as Tracy, see Val at Albena
£98 for the package, either skis (inc 6 x 4hr lessons) or Snowboard (6 x 2hr) also let us keep the equipment for an extra day for free, so we could ski on Saturday before we came home, and also for night skiing.

Probably saw you there Tracy! (We were two of the few non-Israeli or Belgians?) I was the one in the Chelsea shirt at the Diploma evening, all the rest in our group were Israeli as were the group next to us, and not one of them bought a ...

Probably saw you there Tracy! (We were two of the few non-Israeli or Belgians?) I was the one in the Chelsea shirt at the Diploma evening, all the rest in our group were Israeli as were the group next to us, and not one of them bought a drink all evening, just having the free one!!! As far as I know none of them tipped either instructor either! Oops, sorry thats not relevant - but I feel better for passing it on!

Yes, Val and the team were helpful, as was our Instructor and the Snowboard Instructor of our 'kids' & partners (21 to 23 yr olds)

I faxed Val from the UK before we went, having used Albena before, and he telephoned back and confirmed by fax. A big advantage was that we were able to get kitted out at 9am, before most of the others arrived at 10am & later. We were on the slopes by 9.30 am and had first pick of equipment, my skis were Orion Race-2 Carvers - the same as the Samokov Instructors use. We paid in sterling when collecting the equipment, so no risk of paying beforehand.

As we only got home at 6am this morning I have not got myself sorted out yet but if you want Vals fax & mobile no I will let you have it.
