More mahem from Crystal

Emma (one of our party) phoned Crystal today because she had not received confirmation of her flight change. The first person said she was still flying on the 24th. Then said 'no, it's the 25th to Sofia'. She was then put through to Paul who said she was flying on the 25th to Plovdiv, but would not receive written confirmation for 2 weeks!!!!!!!!! Total chaos!!!!!!

Anybody got a spare plane I could borrow for 2 weeks

The longer she gets mucked about, the more she can claim compensation. If the worst comes to the worst, re-book it and claim all your money back PLUS the compensation - but wait until its less than 56 days before doing so...
