Motorway from Greece to Smolyan

Hi

I have heard that there are plans to build a motorway from Greece to Smolyan. Can anyone tell me whether this motorway is complete yet, or when it is expected to be completed.
Also do you know how long it will take or how far it is to certain places in Greece, eg Thessaloniki airport or the Greek Coast?
