I have been asked by the administrators of the mountain paradise 1 owners group to assist and gather contact details for apartment owners. So far they have 33 owners who are in the group and have a further 18 apartment owners who they would like to contact.
The owners group has regular meetings both in Bansko and the UK about ways to better the rentals, appropriate the use of maintenance funds, share past experiences plus support and advice for owners who are looking to use their apartments ...

Hi,my brother has an apartment in Mountain Paradise (not sure what number) but said on phone tonight he hasn't heard about your group. Can you please tell me some details about he group and who you are/what your goals are as I'm sure he will be very interested (not much rental this year and a few problems with services I know of) Anything you can send will, I'm sure, be of great interest and I will pass it on to him when he gets back from holidays. Hi Charles,The owners group has been set up to support owners and has its own discussion forum for sharing experiences and addressing any problems. My involvement is a support function to the administrator of the group in identifying additional apartment owners.
