Mountain

Just a quick question for you folks!

I have seen many pictures of Borovets and have so far never seen a mountain. All i can see is a big hill. Is there anything in borovets that is steeper than a flight of stairs?

the mountain range around borovets is not of alpine terrain. This means there are no narrow valleys with steep sides and rocky topped peaks. However, the highest mountain in the Balkan pininsula is next to borovets. When you get the cable car to the top of the ski area you get more of an appreciation of the height. It does not feel like a hill at all and the red and black runs are plenty steep enough.
