Mountains of snow

At the moment borrovets has 140cm of snow (approx 4' 6"),is the snow compacted by the snowploughs? Do they plough some off the sides? Also why is there not 140cm of snow on roofs?
Finally whats the general minimun amount needed to ski.
Finally Finally has there ever been too much?
We are back in Borovets 12th feb,3rd year on trot,looks like we are in for some excellent sking cannot wait!

there isn't 140cm of snow on the roofs because the snow is melting from the riseing heat from inside the building

there are some buildings without heat ie Gondola station.
there could be 140cm of snow on roofs soon,the amount they are having,its building up daily by the look of the webcams greeeeeeeeeeeat!
