Mourgavets Pamps

Two families stayed in Finlandia Pamps last March. Hotel was good but snow not great (not anyone's fault, we just left it late season)

We've decided to go back to Pamps late Jan and have booked Mourgavets Hotel to be more central

Anyone stayed there before? If so, any tips?

Also, heard a rumour Bulgaria may be going over to the Euro? Any news on this?

hey, stayed in mourgavets first 2 time i went to pamps and stayed in hotel pamporovo last march, snow was terrible wasn't it?, anyways, considering on the crystal website mourgavets is a 3 star, and pamporovo is a 4 star, mourgavets is a million times nicer, as well as being in the center of the resort and has a cash machine in the hotel, food is ok, having been before i guess you know what to expect.
looking to go over as well in jan, probably round the 10th though. hope the snows ...

Stayed here 5 times great hotel nice modern clean rooms in resort centre. Try the top floor cafe for great views and cakes! Also try the Bbq restuarant at this hotel for proper food far supior to what they serve in the hotel restuarant.

Bulgaria are going over to the euro. Have been for some time now. They have even chose the emblem to go on the euro coin. So yes you will be using the euro. In 2010-20012. at the earliest. Mougavets is a top hotel. Great sports complex and nice food in the bbq restaurant.
