Mourgavets

Im puzzled (easy done) I used to read quite positive reports about this hotel and now Im getting mixed messages! why is this

The Mourgavets is a top hotel. The only negative sites are the water being cold in the evenings, because everybody is coming back from skiing and all have a shower more or less at the same time.
The other negative site is the food. The dining room is not that big and the selection of food might not to everyones taste. On the other site, the restaurants downstairs are top.
