I have been wandering the same!!! Leaving for Borovets at the weekend and it doesn't look too good!

Snow reports get updated when the resort officially opens which is this coming weekend - in the meantime, the Borovets webcam is up and running and you can have a look at that instead.

Yup the resorts are not open yet and have no snow so why do you need a snow report?
