Me + the missus stayed there on our first + seccond year ( that was 4+5 years ago) the staff were great, helpfull, pleasent,and up for a laugh. the rooms were adequate, bed, t.v.,ensuite shower+bog,wardrobe,dresser. The hotel was then closed for renovation for a year. We have been staying at the Elena for the past 3 years but were going back to the Panorama this year.
It seems to be the same set up except that the decor has changed, new bed linnen, and new staff but the reports we have had ...
