The other alternative emjay is to access the pathway via the Beach run, when the musala pathway appears your just glad you made it and not off the cliff. Gets you ahead of the crowds and those pesky boarders sitting on their arses and skiers having a mothers meeting on the best corners for hammering, and let's face it who the hell would want to slow down let alone stop on a run ment for hell to leather !

Paul, I only speak ski, please translate, when you say 'Beach run' to which one are you referring to?Ha Ha, have you ever been on there when the neo-nazis have been walking up it?

Never seen any neo-nazis on the musala pathway, what they just hang out there or something. Haha.Ask Bobby quietly if he'll take you to the beach, you may get lucky. I did it once, if you like adrenaline it'll be for you.

I've been to the Avalanche and out to the old Hotel (the hut) over there on Mussala. I thought I'd done it all out there so will ask Bobby what you mean after all, he does speak the language of boarders

The Musala hut is open all year and with Marky 3 working you are high enough to traverse across to the hut.

This is a supper mega run, go the wrong way and you are looking at dropping off a 50 meter cliff, you can only do it with local knowledge and they will not take you unless they think you are ...
