Musala path

To end the day if I'm over that side of the hill, is it a good run down?
Where does it bring you to at the bottom? And are there any flat un boarder friendly places? Or do I stick to the other side and get a fast run down and slip me stick off on bobbys doorstep,,,

There are a couple of small flat areas and a couple of up hill parts but you should be able to maintain your speed to cover these, if you go on you tube and type in Musala path Borovets there are a lot of good videos that will give you some idea, as far as I can remember and I havent done it for a couple of years due to lack of snow it brings you out in one of two places first one is under the gondala where the gondala crosses the road towards bottom station and the other place looking from ...

re: Musala path

arr ahoy there noodles. the musala was a great day finisher the other week, hit it flat out when all the schools have gone down first, theres some real nice S-bends to lay it down round. it brings you out by either the gondola or the Rila side, which ever way you choose at the bottom. it can be interesting after a skin full during the day so avoiding the chain gangs of skiers i generally just shut my eyes and hope for the best.

re: Musala path

I think MP will be fine. We had no problems doing it last year all week after only one dump of snow. This year I would hope the base on it is deep enough to keep the rocks and bare patches well away.

Even our newbie kids did it twice.
