Well, nothing has really changed from what Benson and I have been telling you guys and girls for a while now. We accurately predicted this snow today/tomorrow morning and also said that it is likely to be a dusting more than a proper dump which will still be great given how much the pistes need a top-up. The temperatures will drop (quite a bit) from this afternoon until about Monday morning when they will rise again (quite a bit!) when the HP will bring more stable weather until the end of next week i.e. no more snow.
However, the current models are looking very exciting for some heavier snow potential from around the 20th January onwards of which, at this stage, is still a little too early to be jumping up and down about. I will have a lot more confidence if the models are the same (or better!) come Monday.
I'm sure that between Benson and myself we will keep everyone updated will any developments.
All in all, things are starting to finally look much better than what they have for quite a while now.
You were pretty much on the money and it has made a lot of people very happy. I can foresee a lot more happy people between now and the end of January.
