NEW stays on read messages

pete when i've read a message it still says NEW .can you tell me if there is a way of getting rid of it.cheers in advance mate. Confused Wink Smile

Hi nicknoo

We have had several people with this problem and we have investigated it at length this end and found no faults. Those who have had this problem said it cleared up in a couple of days.

I'm sure yours will be the same.

I've had the same problem, and it's still happening after about 10 days! And the same thing happens if I view at work. Sad

Try clearing your browser completely and try again. You may need to log off and back on again for this to take effect.

I've found that the word "new" disappears if using explorer but stays if you use firefox. Hope this helps.............

Thanks Tom .. whatever is causing it, it is at the user end and not ours. Mine has never had this problem so it is specific, not generic.
