Hi thereI have just returned from Borovets with my wife,Anne.
Stayed in the Inglika.
For the price we payed I would not reccomend Bulgaria as a snow resort.It cannot compare to France/Swit/austria etc..Both in terms of quality of hotels and more importantly the pistes.
I know its cheaper but realtively I found it to be expensive for the services available.

Sorry to hear you did feel you had very good value for money, imy family and i went at the end of jan, ended up paying 149.00 for the holiday (H/B) which i thought was really cheap, stayed at the eddleweiss hotel only 2 star, but it was ok, rooms v clean, towels changed daily, food was ??? but ok, we had more snow than i have ever seen in my life........ but once out there prices were not as cheap as i thought they were going to be, would like to go back but the prices for next year have ...

do you mean the resort was bad value or the hotel??re: NOT impressed
You should go to Bansko, I have skied all over Europe and the USA,although it doesn't have the quantity of runs on every other score it is at least as good, and usually better.
