An Irish woman was involved in a car accident whilst 8 months pregnant and expecting twins. After 6 months in a coma she recovers but realizes she is no longer pregnant.

“Well,” said the doctor, “he named your daughter Denise”.
“Oh” said the woman, “that’s a really nice name, yes I really like the name Denise, I am so proud of my brother - bless him.”
And what name did he give to my boy” asked the woman all excited.
“De nephew” said the doctor!!!!!
