Nationwide Flex Cards

Hi All
I had a couple of friends in Pamps 2 weeks ago signing for our apartment. The said they had problems withdrawing funds from the atm machine. Anyone else experienced this as I am going out in Feb and was depending on using the atm machines

I have used the atm's in Pamps in 2005 and 2006 with no problems but I think on an earlier posting some one said their card had been cloned at the Mourgavets atm and £2000 taken from their account so take care if possible.
Enjoy reading the banter on this site it matches every skiers attitude when in Bulgaria.

There is a bank in Pamps at the Perelik, and you can make a cash withdrawal over the counter in their opening hours, using your cash point card. It takes a bit longer than the ATMs, but I had a problem withdrawing money last year in Pamps, as the datalink to authorise withdrawals was down for a couple of days so ATMs were no use. Also safer withdrawing money over counter as you get a big receipt and everything and have to sign for it.
