Hey Only 1 sleep left til snow time in Bansko!Neilson phoned me today (the day before departure!!!!!) to tell me they are moving us from the Perun to the Srazhite as there were some overbookings.
I hope there wont be any confusion when we get there.....

Has anyone who booked with Neilson to stay at the Perun actually stayed there? It seems that they move everyone to the Srazhite at short notice! Does anyone know if this is legal?re: Neilson Hotel Change!
My group of 19 was moved on Wednesday for a March 5th departure. The reason I was given is that Perun are not honouring their Neilson room bookings, and that they may even not feature in next years brochure.
Because the strazhite is more expensive in the brochure than the Perun they can get away with it, because under their terms and conditions they only need to notify you and compensate you if it is a down grade in accommodation.
It seems the Strazhite is still a good hotel from ...

We're supposed to be staying in the Perun with Neilson, and haven't been notified that we are changing... hope I don't get a nasty surprise tomorrow....Only four hours of work and one sleep to go.... thank God

ok i didnt see the perun last year but i saw the strazhite and knowing what that was like and seeing it in the brochure and hearing from people out there we thought the perun was the better optionre: Neilson Hotel Change!
I don't think the Strazhite will ever be full.... it's a maze of rooms and coridoors. I managed to stay in the Perun - but didn't go with Nielson.Have a fantastic time - wherever you stay
