New Road

I read on skidvd that they have opened a new stretch of road that will cut transfer times from Sofia to Bansko by an hour.

Does anyone know if this is true ?

Presumably it's not all finished, but is it likely that our transfer on Saturday will take an hour ish less than last year ?
