New Year

We are staying in the Flora Hotel over the new Year 29-8 jan.
We have been told to book a meal in plenty of time for New Years Eve as evrywhere gets busy.Could anyone advise me where they would recommend to eat and where they would recommend for a fun time.
We have been to Borovets a few times now so know the restarants but this will be our first time over New Year.
