Well here's some of the news thats happening in town.
They are building a new Queens pub just up from the ice-skating rink. Queens pub is based at the golf course and they are introducing their second in Bansko. This looks a big place and should get a lot of interest bearing in mind the position. It is over 2floors. On the same plot a new big supermarket is being built and 9 more little shops.
At the back of Banskoskimania ski hire the guys who own the Friendly and Lion bar are ...

An indian restaurant and bar will be at The Lion Hotel. Friends from the coast know the people who are running this as they were their bosses on the coast. The chef is Indian too so the real deal!!
We still have not heard who will be running the Irish as yet. Gemma and Rob went back to the UK in the summer and will not return this season. At the minute it seems it is between 2 parties. One being English the other Bulgarians. Looks like it may be leaning towards the BG's as they keep upping their offer. We will have to see.

No problem now Danny boy looks like the Bg's have got it and it will now be another Mehana. Source close to the goings on there has informed us on TB this morning.What crap!!!!

Yes was a good bar, not exactly cordon bleu but for sport and VFM drinks it was on the button.The developer has decided to chase the cash as the BG bid was asked to double it in order to secure the place which will now be a mehana , Like we need another!!
Nice little office next door though
