New year

Has anybody been at New Year? Just booked but a bit worried about the snow cover

As with anyplace in the world snow is never a guarentee. However I would have thought at worst there would still be limited skiing available!

its the middle of the season! i just got back from a trip and the snow was wicked. there will be snow there it might not be fresh or powder but there will be white stuff on the floor for you to ski on!!!! DONT WORRY

New year isnt the middle of the season! It is the 3rd or 4th week of it!

We went on boxingn day just gone and luckily for us it snowed for 12 hours on the Wed if it hadn't it would have been really poor.
We've booked agin for next year but in Feb as we felt Xmas & NY was a little to early it is only the 3rd or 4th week the resort is open.

We have don the same. We went on boxing day lst year and even with the snow on the Wednesday, didn't feel that we got the most out of the skiing as the conditions weren't brilliant.
We have booked for next Feb. However, postings on here at the start of the season, indicated that conditions had been much better the year before, so you never can tell!

we went this year on jan 8th and i was getting worried about going due to snow reports and tho was icy alot we still had a great time

one year i do want to go over crimbo but i do worry over if theyd be snow then but again looking through the webcam pics there was snow the christmas before but the decent snow came abit later this season

we went on Jan 2nd. there was snow, but conditions were icy and loads of rocks poking through the snow.
