Night Club oppersite Rila

Hi,

Does anyone know if the night club/bar oppersite the Rila hotel still puts its speakers outside at full volume till 3am. Was not so good last time I went kept me awake all night. ( so if you can't win, join them )

If you cant handle the pace then you must be getting on a bit try sleeping in the day then.
