Night Life Noise? HELP

Hi,

Does anyone know if the night club/bar oppersite the Rila hotel still puts its speakers outside at full volume till 3am. Was not so good last time I went kept me awake all night. ( so if you can't win, join them )

every year I say to myself 'take ear plugs' and every year I forget!! Guaranteed one night per holiday my body collapses and I'm in bed ill for a night and its then I remember!!

Last year we were directly above (4 floors) the 24hr bar..... Mad
Drum and bass being pumped out till I finally fell asleep around 3 or 4am.

Was thinking about launching the TV off the balcony! Razz
